Alexandra Hetherington Breckenridge is an American actress. Her acting career began by playing supporting roles in the teen-oriented films Big Fat Liar (2002, 2006) and She's the Man (2006). She then played reporter Willa McPherson in the FX series Dirt and had a supporting role in the short-lived series The Ex List. She played the role of a young Moira O'Hara in the debut season of FX's American Horror Story, and as Kaylee in the third season. She portrayed Jessie Anderson in the AMC series The Walking Dead and Sophie in the NBC series This Is Us. She also voices several characters from the animated comedy series of Family Guy. She has been voiced by Melinda "Mel" Monroe in Virgin River on Netflix since the year 2019. Virgin River since 2019. Breckenridge was born in Darien, Connecticut until she was 10 years old at which point her mom and her relocated to California [11] where they stayed for a year , before arriving in Mill Valley. Breckenridge started to become interested in singing, acting, and photography when she was 13. Breckenridge returned to Los Angeles with the help from her mother around the age of 15.
